2. Services Offered

Charlotte Signature offers the following services, subject to availability and the conditions agreed upon with each client:

  • Event hosting and reception services;

  • Hostessing and event assistance;

  • Event catering service and support;

  • Stewardess services on board yachts and villas

  • Additional services expressly agreed upon in writing.

The precise content, duration, location, schedule, and specific assignments of each service are defined in the quote, booking confirmation, or contract accepted by the client.

3. Booking and Formation of the Contract

A request for availability or a contact form does not, on its own, constitute a confirmed booking.

The booking becomes firm and binding only after written acceptance of the service conditions by both parties and, where applicable, upon receipt of the deposit or requested payment.

Information regarding the service, pricing, and agreed conditions is communicated to the client before the conclusion of the contract.

4. Pricing

Prices are quoted in Euros (€).

  • For individual consumers (B2C): The total price payable, inclusive of all taxes (TTC) when VAT is applicable, as well as any additional costs, is indicated prior to booking.

  • For professional clients (B2B): Prices may be indicated exclusive of taxes (HT), with applicable VAT information details provided.

Travel, accommodation, meal, parking, or other agreed expenses will be specified in the quote.

5. Payment Terms

Payment methods, the amount of any deposit, the balance, and payment deadlines are specified in the quote or booking confirmation.

  • Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer or cheque.

For professional clients, late payment penalties and the fixed recovery indemnity applicable by law are indicated on the contractual documents and invoices. For individual consumers, the consequences of late payment are governed by applicable regulations and the contract.

6. Modification or Cancellation by the Client

Any request for modification must be sent in writing to CharlotteSignature@hotmail.com.

The consequences of a cancellation, including any sums due, depend on how far in advance notice is given and the conditions expressly agreed upon in the quote or contract, subject to the client's legal rights. The applicable cancellation policy must be communicated to the client before the booking is confirmed.

7. Cancellation by Charlotte Signature

In the event that Charlotte Signature is unable to perform the service, the client will be informed as soon as possible.

The parties will then agree on an appropriate solution, such as rescheduling or a refund of sums corresponding to the unperformed services, depending on the situation and applicable regulations. The consequences of a force majeure event are assessed in accordance with applicable law.

8. Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

When a contract is concluded remotely with a consumer, a 14-day right of withdrawal may apply, subject to legal exceptions.

If the service is scheduled to begin before the expiry of this period, the formalities and express consents required by law must be collected. Certain services may fall under legal exceptions based on their nature and contract terms. No exclusion of the right of withdrawal applies automatically to all Charlotte Signature services.

The methods for exercising this right, and a standard withdrawal form where required, are provided to the consumer before the contract is concluded. For online contracts, Charlotte Signature provides the online cancellation functionality required by applicable regulations, when relevant.

9. Execution of Services

The client agrees to provide accurate information and any details reasonably necessary for the successful completion of the service.

The location, hours, missions, and any special requirements are specified in the quote or booking confirmation. Any additional mission or significant change must be mutually agreed upon, particularly regarding its price.

10. Complaints and Amicable Settlement

Any complaint may be sent in writing to CharlotteSignature@hotmail.com. Charlotte Signature will endeavor to find an amicable solution with the client.

11. Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are governed by French law, subject to mandatory consumer protection regulations. For consumers, no clause may limit the rights or remedies granted to them by law.

12. Acceptance

The client acknowledges having reviewed the applicable terms and conditions before confirming their booking. The version of the terms provided at the time of the order applies to the contract, subject to applicable legal provisions.
